Why TAF series
Put suppression close to the risk.
Designed for initial fires in small, reasonably enclosed spaces, the TAF-series unit installs directly inside equipment where electrical faults can begin.
Automatic thermal response
The device activates when its specified thermal threshold is reached, providing localized action without waiting for manual intervention.
Fast condensed aerosol discharge
The manual lists a discharge time of no more than six seconds for rapid distribution inside a suitable enclosure.
No external pipework
A self-contained format reduces installation complexity in compact panels and equipment compartments.
Compact installation
The 78 × 51 × 29 mm housing supports 35 mm DIN rail mounting or adhesive-backed installation on a suitable surface.

Frequently asked questions
Before you request a quote.
Is the TAF-series device automatic?
Yes. It is thermally activated. The current manual lists a start-up temperature of at least 170°C. Placement must be suitable for the application.
Does it require external piping or a pressure cylinder?
No. The unit is self-contained and requires neither external discharge pipework nor a stored-pressure extinguishing-agent cylinder.
What volume can one unit protect?
The current manual lists a protected volume of up to 0.10 m³ for the specified 10 g unit at a recommended density of 100 g/m³. Actual suitability must be validated.
Can it be used in an open space?
No. The product should not be used in open or heavily ventilated spaces.
Can it be reused after discharge?
No. It is a single-use device and must be replaced after activation.
